Originally produced for university house parties in Swansea, cassö’s debut release ‘Prada’ has been a breakout hit, rocketing him to no.2 on the UK Official Singles Chart.
Starting as a SoundCloud exclusive, the track garnered over 17 million streams on the platform after going viral on Instagram and TikTok.
The track’s music is adapted from ‘Ferrari Horses’ by MOBO Award winner D-Block Europe, which featured vocals from chart-topping British singer-songwriter RAYE.
cassö was obsessed with the track: “I knew it would be perfect for a trance-type drop.”
The result, ‘Prada’, is a restless, dancy, euphoric electronic track with trance and pop influences.
